We had a great experience at this traditional hotel. the staff at Malopolanka & Spa were incredibly friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. the location is perfect, right in the center of the old spa town with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around. the hotel itself is comfortable and offers a nice, cozy environment. the breakfast had a wide assortment of food to choose from, and the lunch and dinner menu was also good. We particularly enjoyed the beef tartar as an appetizer. the hotel is also children friendly, with breakout areas for kids to play in. the spa is well-equipped, although we didn't use it much due to having a small baby.

This hotel has it all - from its central location right by the promenade to its friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are comfortable and offer a stunning view of the neighboring house. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, such as the delicious Polish chocolates provided in the rooms. The breakfast spread was also impressive, offering a variety of options to satisfy everyone's taste.

Our city trip was made even better by the charming hotel we stayed at. The room was spotlessly clean and had lovely welcome sweets waiting for us upon arrival. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with our bags as there was no lift. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, being close to many attractions and with a car park included. We also loved the unique old-world charm of the hotel and the delicious meals served at the restaurant.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did find one inconvenience - the bathroom was slightly out of date. However, this was a minor issue and did not detract from our near-perfect experience.

The restaurant and bar area had a cosy atmosphere and great food and drinks. the location was also very convenient as it was right in the heart of the city center.

The building and rooms were in need of some updates and improvements, such as old bathroom doors and strange power switches. the room keys were also attached to an unattractive wooden pendant with an outdated chain.

The hotel has a charming art deco atmosphere. It is clean and the restaurant serves fabulous meals. The rooms are spacious and some have balconies. The staff is friendly and helpful. a great place to stay.
